"Convenience of Shopping from Home"
First off, it’s super convenient to make adjustments and check things out right from my own place. Then there’s the comfort of the cups on the hearing aids, which was a big problem with my last pair that really bugged my ears, so I hardly ever used them.

The support from the customer service team is outstanding. Doing the Hearing Test from home was super easy. The quality of my hearing aids is exceptional. I had someone check in with me every week throughout the trial. Overall, it was a great experience in every aspect.

"After chatting with the hearing aid lady..."
After chatting with the hearing aid lady, I mentioned that my wife has a disability and there are times when I miss her calls for assistance, especially when she’s fallen somewhere else in the house. It’s been pretty stressful, and I always feel guilty for not catching her when she needs me. Now, thanks to the hearing aid, I can hear her much better, and it really lifts my spirits knowing I can respond quicker to her needs.

I've been using hearing aids for quite a few years now - always the kind that fit right in the ear canal! I appreciate having multiple choices for 'when I'm in various places' so I can tweak the hearing aids - on my own in the moment - without having to wait for a doctor's appointment.

They genuinely care about whether you can hear well again. From beginning to end, I had someone who walked me through the process of obtaining quality hearing aids. I’d definitely suggest them if you want to rejoin the hearing community.

"The most terrible experience I've ever had."
The most terrible experience I've ever had. They deceived me, claiming they could get me set up in the USVI. Got me into a payment plan through Allegro Credit. Now, nearly a month has passed, and they tell me they can't assist me. Arleen was the representative, and she hardly ever got back to me. The worst part is: my YSA Account with my Company has lapsed, and I've just lost $2,400.

"My first experience with Stan was..."
My first experience with Stan was top-notch, and he really helped me get set up with a hearing test and the actual hearing aids. Halfway through the 45-day trial, I decided I didn’t want to keep them for several reasons and let Stan know I intended to return them. Instead of asking about my reasons for the return, Stan sent me a lecture via email, which didn’t sit right with me. His responsiveness was terrible. If he had just asked a few questions, I might have been persuaded to try a different model or something. I’m really let down by his reaction. I’ll be searching for another company that actually cares.
